خطوات حذف حسابك
- افتح www.sibaaq.com من الموبايل أو الكمبيوتر وسجّل الدخول بالحساب نفسه.
- اضغط «👤 حسابي».
- انزل إلى «منطقة الخطر»، فعّل خانة «أؤكد أنني أريد الحذف نهائيًا»، ثم اضغط «حذف الحساب نهائيًا».
يتم الحذف فورًا ويُسجَّل خروجك من كل الأجهزة، ومنها التلفاز المرتبط.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الاسم والبريد وصورة الحساب.
- رصيد المباريات المتبقي وسجل الأسئلة التي ظهرت لك.
- ربط شاشات التلفاز بحسابك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به
- سجلات عمليات الدفع (المبلغ والتاريخ ورقم العملية) تُحفظ لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية فقط، دون اسمك أو بريدك.
- معرّف رقمي للحساب المحذوف يمنع إعادة استخدام الجلسات القديمة.

How to delete your account
- Open www.sibaaq.com on your phone or computer and sign in with the same account.
- Tap “👤 Account”.
- Scroll to “Danger zone”, tick “I confirm I want to delete permanently” and tap “Delete my account”.
Deletion is immediate and signs you out everywhere, including any linked TV.
What is deleted
- Your name, email and profile photo.
- Your remaining match balance and your question history.
- Links between TVs and your account.
What we keep
- Payment records (amount, date, transaction ID) for accounting and legal reasons only, without your name or email.
- An opaque ID of the deleted account so old sessions cannot be reused.
